Shipping & Logistics Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping From

All products are shipped directly from our California warehouse.

We only ship to addresses that can receive standard carrier deliveries (no P.O. boxes for bulky items).

 

Shipping Methods & Time

Domestic (U.S.) orders: typically delivered within 2–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International orders: usually arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.

Express or freight options are available upon request.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping may apply to certain promotions or bulk orders.

 

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email or text with your tracking number and carrier link.

You can monitor your package status online anytime.

 

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or incorrect addresses.

If your package is lost or delayed for more than 10 business days, please contact us — we’ll help you follow up with the carrier.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement as soon as possible.
