These terms apply to your use of minisun.us and purchases from Minisun. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with the policies linked below. Please read them before purchasing. If you have a question about a product or an order, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian who can do so. Provide accurate contact, payment, and pickup information. If you create an account, protect its login details and let us know if you believe someone has used it without permission.

Use the store for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent orders, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the website, or upload harmful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, or unlawful activity. This does not remove rights relating to a valid existing order.

Products and condition

Minisun sells liquidation, closeout, and other merchandise across multiple categories. Read the individual listing for the item's condition, quantity, size, specifications, included accessories, and any stated packaging differences. Clearance pricing alone does not mean that an item is used, defective, or sold without applicable legal protections.

Photographs and screen colors may vary slightly from the physical item. This does not excuse a material difference from the description. Any product-specific return restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase and remains subject to applicable law.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are shown in the currency indicated by the store or checkout. Applicable taxes are presented at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotions apply only according to their stated conditions. Changes to prices or promotions do not automatically change an order already accepted.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to verify payment, stock availability, or pickup details before accepting and fulfilling it. Please check your confirmation and contact us promptly about incorrect contact or order details; a change may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a genuine pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, or you decline a proposed change, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amounts due, including applicable associated charges.

Local warehouse pickup

Orders may be placed and paid for online for warehouse pickup. Shipping and local delivery are not available. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification and follow its instructions before visiting. Review our Pickup Policy for the warehouse location and pickup information. For bulk or wholesale inquiries, contact us to discuss your requirements.

Returns and order problems

Our Refund Policy explains returns, including change-of-mind return requests within 30 days after collecting an item from our warehouse. Contact us to report a damaged, incorrect, or otherwise problematic item and before bringing or sending merchandise back so that we can provide the appropriate instructions. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes a remedy or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and website content

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store. Product names, logos, photographs, and other content may belong to Minisun or their respective owners. Using this store does not grant permission to reproduce that content for unrelated commercial purposes.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their own content and practices. Temporary website interruptions do not change our obligations concerning purchases already accepted.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and California law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date here. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights or alter the agreed terms of an existing purchase.
